Temporary Road Markings
Temporary road markings are installed using specialist materials such as removable tape or temporary paint. The installation method depends on the road surface, traffic conditions and expected project duration, ensuring the markings remain highly visible throughout the works before being safely removed.

Hydro Retexturing
Hydro retexturing uses high pressure water jets to blast excess bitumen and binder out of the road surface to restore aggregate to the pavement surface. As the roads heat up in the summer, the aggregates are compressed into the softer bitumen which bleeds through into the surface. This is then blasted out by the high pressure water heads.
Captive Shot Blast Retexturing
Shot blasting fires small steel shot into the road surface. The shot will reprofile the aggregate surface. This improves the micro texture of the aggregate and thereby enhances skid resistance. The shot also will clear detritus from the road and so improves the macro texture of the surface as well.

Temporary Automatic Speed Cameras (TASCAR)
Temporary Automatic Speed Cameras at Roadworks (TASCAR) use distance over time technology to enforce mandatory speed limits through roadworks. This provides an effective speeding deterrent and stops speeding in between cameras and harsh braking upon approach.
