How to submit: Send a summary of the project or idea in at least two or three sentences describing the subject of the proposed presentation, including the name, title and contact details of the presenter by email to the conferences team (conferences@hgluk.com) by Friday 3 October 2025.
If chosen, final PowerPoints will be required by Tuesday 14 November.
